What is the warranty period for your products?

Our standard warranty period is 1 year for all Electronic parts. Extended warranty options are available. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes free service during the warranty period.
How often should I service my water purifier?

We recommend servicing your water purifier every 3–4 months, depending on usage and water quality. Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your purifier.
What TDS level of water is safe to drink?

TDS of purified water should be between 50–150 ppm, which is considered excellent for drinking.
